I spent a few hours with this wonderful pair today and pretty much grinned like an idiot the entire time! I still can’t get over how sweetly they looked at each other, the way they held hands, the way he takes care of her and the absolute bliss that pours out of them both. I was truly touched by their true adoration for one another and felt honored to be a part of their special day today. Congrats to one of the sweetest couples I have EVER met!

It’s about time we posted a wedding! And this one falls under the category of beautiful, vintage, timeless, and absolutely fun! Rachel’s wonderful Mom was the brains behind the decor and food of the reception and without a doubt, it looked amazing. I wanted nothing more than to jump in on the big dance-off scene at the reception, but I held back and had a great time watching all of their friends have a ball. James & Rachel are so smitten with each other and every minute they shared together, looked like absolute bliss. I’m really happy for them and they are thrilled to finally be married! Enjoy a few moments of the big celebration!

{Brittany & Bryce Wedding}

This wedding day was anxiously anticipated and when it finally arrived, I was more than ecstatic to finally see my friends, Brittany & Bryce, walk down the aisle. The day was absolutely beautiful, the weather was perfect, the ceremony was emotional and the reception was a party! Their love is passionate and deep, and their vows were so thoughtful and touching. It was an honor to be a part of their day and witness the coming together of two people that care so much about each other. Now, onto the pictures…

The bride got ready at the Grand America Hotel and her dear friends and some family, surrounded her as she primped and wrote her vows.

One of the bridesmaids played her guitar while she sang a self-written song for Brittany. It was very touching and neat to see true friendship.

Brittany’s wonderful Mom helped her into her dress. Nothing better than a sweet squeeze before heading to the wedding venue.

I love Brittany’s beautiful face, perfect skin, and how composed she was that day.

Just as we were walking out the hotel door, Brittany’s little brother was overcome with seeing his beautiful sister on her way to get married. It was such a tender moment!

Did I mention that this bride is one of a kind? Family helped her with the last minute readiness and we all cracked up when she said, “Holy crap, I’m getting married!”

Brittany’s dream bouquet and some of the accessories she wore that day, made by her talented self.

Saying vows and getting a bit choked up…exchanging rings and saying “I do” on the alter that Bryce made himself.

They left the crowd behind for a minute and had their first moment as husband and wife.

Hugging friends and family, all so excited to share such a happy day with their friends!

I loved the flowers and natural feel of the mountain reception location. It was just perfect for this couple!

Some yummy, creatively displayed and happily eaten fruit.

Rings and flowers…both elegant and simple.

Another talented friend sings a song and offers a toast to the couple. Such talented friends!

I loved working with these two and I wish them all the happiness in the world. I’ve never met two people more passionate, loving, romantic, and chill, all at the same time. Hope you enjoyed a few favorites from their wedding day!

{Cowboy Up}

Here are a few favorites from a country wedding I photographed a few months ago.
Rhett and Megan are extremely genuine and fabulous people. I loved their style and I’m pretty sure that I NEED a pair of cowboy boots now. They would be red I think.
One of these days I’m going to get them to let me go horseback riding on their ranch…and maybe I’ll wear my red boots that I’ll buy too:)

This love story started years ago, when these two met as youngsters and grew up in the same neighborhood.
They’ve been friends forever and I’m so glad they decided to take it to the next level! Their wedding was beautiful and they looked SO in love and SO happy all day long! Congrats Bre & Colby!!

Working with them has been nothing short of a blast.
They are stylish, unique, fun, and so in love too!

{Chad & Eryn Wedding}

After going through all of our work for the past year, we realized that we missed posting about this beautiful wedding from last October. We loved working with Chad & Eryn and seeing that beautiful color in the pictures is getting us so excited for the upcoming Spring weddings too. I loved that these two ran the St. George Marathon together the week before their wedding, and that they are planning a trip to Europe for this summer. What a fun couple! Their getaway after the reception was so Tom Cruise. There is nothing hotter than driving away holding onto the love of your life into the night…so romantic.

Bloomers did a beautiful job on the flowers while Shaw’s Catering kept it simple and elegant with the yummy food.
